What are the things in life you think bring you personal happiness? Some of them are the things that you would expect: money, friends, health, living conditions; others are things you may not think of in your daily life, such as your neighborhood, spirituality, community involvement, and sense of meaning in life.

Today very few people stay in the same job or in the same home throughout their lives. People change with their circumstances change. The support system I needed when my children were young is nothing like it is today as a career minded, dog loving, single baby boomer. I have changed and so have my needs, desires and goals! My basic values and morals are the same, but my interests, thoughts and feelings are different. Through technology I am able to communicate and work with people from all over the world.
